A few QOL Suggestion Regarding Career

Since we have quite a few career that sims can work from home I would love to if we can define how many days our sims would work from home, like on Sunday sims can open their computer or phone to submit approval for work from home and define how many days they would do it so there will be no more confirmation an hour before their work time whether we want to WFO or WFH, even if we already have an approval for WFH we can still manually direct Sim to work from office by cliking Go To Work button and the objective will be updated accordingly.

Just like features above I want a feature that allow sims to define how many days they wil take for a vacation day so that they dont have to submit a vacation days approval every day if they want to take a week off from work.

it's minor suggestion but it's a quality of life for me or maybe for some other players as well.
