There's your answer.
They don't belong to just one faith.
Plus many secular people celebrate a variation of the festive season, decorating with trees and wreaths, giving gifts, and eating a feast.
As for what this thread is supposed to be about, not all cultural clothing is excessively modest, some is pretty relaxed, but I doubt they'd include much of that in the game.
Also, the sims is not supposed to be the real world. Sims don't speak any real world language, they don't have a real world belief system, they don't live in real world cities/towns, so why do people expect real world representation of specific cultures?
