I agree that there needs to be some kind of add-on for the TS4 Get to Work expansion pack. All of the suggestions for improvement are great, but I think that the medical industry has been greatly overlooked. Being a nurse is considered a mere stepping stone in the Doctor career and there are no specialties. The interactions between healthcare workers and the general public are very limited, as are the procedures, tests, exams, and even surgeries. To that effect, all pregnant sims are expected to give birth either through surgery or weird little special effects blurps (such as the event that occurs when a sim gives birth anywhere other than the hospital). Also, no doctor, nurse, or healthcare professional of any kind, no matter their role, experiences patient death or consequences even (for things like deteriorating condition or malpractice). This needs to be improved upon, maybe in an additional pack, perhaps named Specialty Stuff or Medical Stuff.:)
Expanding on this, it would be create if they could include doctor home visits or other illnesses that require you sim to visit the hospital in order to treat. Wouldn't it be fun taking your sim to the hospital and watching the doctor diagnose their illness, do some tests and offer a cure? If we can visit the hospitals to watch our sims have their babies disturbingly extracted from them, this should be a possibility too!
