Add outfits to the gallery.

I really don't like trying to put together outfits. I have no idea what goes with what. I'm completely oblivious to make up. When I do attempt to put together an outfit it takes entirely too long.

If outfits were added to the gallery I could happily download someone else's hard work to my sim or my library.
