Add sections to Lighting & Outdoors for Posts and Large Shade Structures & Fix Clutter

So, recently I just discovered that I have quite a few shade structures in my game and fancy outdoor lighting that I wasn't really aware of because they are buried deep in different sections of Decora...

Duh on my part - the light posts are included in lighting in the outdoor lights section
