@MaggieMarley yeah looking through the screenshots did the same for me.
Yeah I feel like this was the last time I used Dine Out for its intended purpose (although I just checked and Isabelle and Dario's date is actually the second to last time my sims have gone to a restaurant).
The only thing I use from Dine Out constantly is that one male hair because I forget that restaurants exist. I haven't sent any of my sims to a restaurant since January 12 :D
Like how I have Spa Day as well and I've never sent any of my sims to a spa (oh that's given me an idea for the next chapter!)
