Alien skin ‘tattoos’ for body and face
More alien teeth options
New skin tone swatches - darker hues
More eye presets/unlock all the eyes
‘Hats’ similar to Batuu hats that change the sims head shape etc.

Futuristic spaceship theme!
We’ve received a lot of grungy space items courtesy of JTB but I feel we haven’t seen enough sleek, clean space items - GTW gave us a few but not enough to build (IMO) an entire house/spaceship out of. I’d love something reminiscent of Mass Effect, Dead Space or the Alien movie franchise instead of the Firefly/Star Wars look. Lots of blue holograms, white plastic and silver metal basically! I really loved the look of TS3: Into the Future.
Gameplay:
Improved Sixam:
(This is where I’ll probably get a bit carried away! At least for a pack refresh)
1-2 neighbourhoods: futuristic/cyberpunk city neighbourhood &/or flying through space neighbourhood
Futuristic cyberpunk city neighbourhood:
2-5 lots - apartments of various sizes/plaza area (we need more apartments in this game!)
Space neighbourhood:
1-3 lots (one has to at least be 64x64)
Planet set dressing in the background changes over time to make you feel like you’re flying through space (it could just rotate like the clouds do etc)
Live mode:
Add alien skill tree to be similar to that of vampires and spellcasters - improved abilities etc.
Some Mother/StrangerVille references/tie-ins!
Updated alien lore - new language (new Sixamian Simlish to discover and learn (for non-alien sims, ofc)
New collectibles - plants/fish etc.
3-5 new recipes
After writing all that I think they should do multiple refreshers to expansion packs. E.g. refresh GTW in multiple stages (it needs the most rework by far let’s be honest!)
Refresh #1: retail system
Refresh #2: aliens
Refresh #3: professions system (e.g. doctor career overhaul)
