Age Limits on Lots

I would really like to be able to set Age on Lots. I have a Kid and Teen park I would like to keep just for teens and kids. I also have a few restaurants I would like to make adult only.

Well I have a need for it so I am asking for it. One of my restaurants is like a private country club and I don't want any kids there.
