Age Limits on Lots
I would really like to be able to set Age on Lots. I have a Kid and Teen park I would like to keep just for teens and kids. I also have a few restaurants I would like to make adult only.

Yes! I agree on this. I split a household a couple of months ago because they all had their own family. Now that I made a teen club, it's awkward when they go to clubs and the aunt is over there dancing by the DJ booth. I mean, nothing wrong with that, she's young, but it's not like a Teen wants to see family there while he's trying to hook up.
Not just that, but it seems like the same 4 Sims follow you around everywhere you go. It's like you go to the Library -> Restaurant -> Nightclub and the same people spawn.
