Age Limits on Lots

I would really like to be able to set Age on Lots. I have a Kid and Teen park I would like to keep just for teens and kids. I also have a few restaurants I would like to make adult only.

then request a mod to have something like that because i went my sims kids to be part of everything and no age limits in game
