Modern Starter is a very nice home! :) Great exterior of it. It looks nice how you have done the windows. Nice outdoors patio area for sims to enjoy sitting at the umbrella covered table enjoying being out in the sunshine. The water fountain feature at the front of the home looks nice. The flowers along the edge of the back of the home look vey nice! Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home. The coat and hat stand is a great touch beside the front door and the pattern on the floor near the front door looks very nice! Very nice living room area for sims to enjoy sitting relaxing on the sofa watching tv, reading a book from the bookshelf and listening to music from the music player. It looks very nice how you have used red for the furnishings through the home. Very nice kitchen area! The curved island bar stool counter is great! Nice type of and colour of the ceiling light that you have placed over the counter. Sims will enjoy the sunlight coming through the kitchen windows whilst cooking meals there. Great study desk alcove nook in the bedroom for sims to enjoy sitting using a computer or reading a book at the desk table.
