Alarm clocks and alarms in the cellphone

I think it might be a nice idea to add either both alarm clocks or alarms in the phone or just alarms in the phone to avoid missing school/jobs which happens often to my sims so I don't have to click on them all the time. Of course, if the sims are lazy, like many of us, he/she probably hit the snooze button like 30 times before waking up :D

    I'm all for that idea.

    Would be great if we could set the alarms ourselves for each specific Sim. This cellphone will activate at 5:00, this one at 6:00.
  • Yeah, I miss alarm clocks from the previous games. As it is, in TS4 I've had to watch the clock overnight and carefully pause, cancel sleep, and direct sims to the toilet/shower to get them to start their day at the correct time. It's kind of annoying.

    Also, if they add alarm clocks, they'll also have to fix that thing where sims don't always stay in bed through the night. It's a pain to have to put them back to bed because they got up at 3 am for no reason except their energy meter is full. The AI in this game is such a mess...-_-;
  • I used to have my Sims set their clocks back in Sims2. Now, everything is being done via the cellphone. This dinosaur is being dragged mercilessly into a future she doesn't want. LOL

    Alarms are a terrific idea. Not just for the Sims, but for the Player, who is a clock-watcher in RL, but not so much in the Sims. LOL
