Great new additions to your WIP! Love the long shape of the pool and how you put the waterfall at the end! Really love how you made all those gorgeous gardens in front of lots of windows so that the view outside has such pretty gardens to see! Backyard area looks super cozy with the fencing/hedges you picked! Keep up the great work on this! ^_^

Thanks everyone, it's getting there slowly, This Semester at Uni is finally on its last two weeks!

Your WIP is looking great! :) Very nice basement bar, karaoke, sauna, massage, yoga and meditation areas! It is a lovely place for sims relax. They will also have fun bowling on the alley! It is very nice that the bar and karaoke area are together so sims can enjoy having a drink whilst listening to sims karaokeing. The fish tank in the massage room is restful for sims to look at when having a massage.

Riverside Agave is a lovely modern family home! :) Very nice exterior design. lovely garden beds, and pretty waterfall fountain feature! Very lovely pool area with the water fountains in it! The outdoors living sitting patio area is very nice for chatting in the outside air, and the coloured ceiling lights are pretty! The furnishing of the interior is lovely! The room colours are very nice. Very nice basement level for sims to enjoy sitting on the stools having a drink from the bar, or enjoy karaokeing or watching other sims singing. They will have fun bowling in the bowling alleys area. Very lovely kitchen! The design and layout is very nice and lovely wood texture of the furniture and flooring. The flowers on the counters are pretty! Very light filled and warn coloured living room for sims to enjoy watching tv with sunlight coming in through the windows.
It is a very nice home! :)

Oh wow, Riverside Agave is such a gorgeous build! The exterior is so stunning with all the fountain and water decorations. That underground lounge area is a such a sweet idea! I like how you can see thru the pool/pond upstairs. The loving room is super pretty too. The bright orange and yellow color scheme makes it looks so bright and cheerful! Very good job!
