Alexithymia Trait

First, let me explain. Alexithymia is a personality trait. It often is paired with autism spectrum disorder, but it isn't always so. Alexithymia translates to no words for emotions. It means a person feels "fine" a lot of the time. However, they don't often times recognize what they are feeling and have a hard time expressing themselves. It also means they have a hard time forming and keeping relationships. I am not very good at describing things so please look it up if you can. You can change the name to whatever you like.
