When I first heard that there was going to be no open world in TS4, I was pretty bummed. But, over time, I think that the balance the team has found between completely open and completely closed will be perfect. I hated the rabbit holes in TS3, just staring at the inside of a shell of a building was boring. @Lucky25, I can't wait for that EP or update when we can build our own stuff either. I would be thrilled!
@Ogodei, I also spend 99% of my time on my home lot. I like that there will still be sims jogging by, going for a walk, or just stopping by to visit though. I think if they went back to TS1 style, I would really miss feeling 'included' in the neighborhood.
