Am I the only one who doesn't mind no open world in sims 4?

I like that it's gone, it caused too many issues and this gives more opportunity for "open for business" style gameplay with its prettier small neighbourhoods. It was honestly one of the first things that made me want to pre-order. The only thing that stopped me pre-ordering is that I'm worried about whether I'll play a sims game for more than 2 hours when it has no toddlers.
