An "Anti-Vampire" aspiration

I've already commented a lot, and made at least one thread about wanting more aspirations--I'd really like at least one aspiration for every new skill introduced, yadda yadda, I'm a broken record at this point. But it occurred to me that while we got three new aspirations with the vampire pack (yay! thank you!) there was a bit of an oversight in that they were all vampire aspirations. One kind of bummer thing is that, if you're not actively playing a vampire, there's not much motivation to really explore vampire lore or anything, aside from what's basically "pest-control", and the whole pack starts to feel like a nuisance. So...

What about a kind of "Vampire Hunter" aspiration? No requirements of becoming a vampire, but would include things like studying vampire lore, collecting wolfsbane and making garlic braids, maybe even fighting vampires directly? I think there's a way to forcibly cure vampire if you have a potion, tho I've never tried it myself, but that could be involved. Reward trait could be some kind of vampire immunity, maybe including the ability to place others under your protection.

Idk, I think this'd be cool, and I'd love to play as some kind of Van Helsing or Buffy the Vampire Slayer sim with this aspiration. I've been annoyed lately at having to buy new packs when the packs I have already feel incomplete, but I might be willing the shell out some cash for an aspiration pack that filled in some missing pieces from previous packs--something that included a bunch of the ones I've mentioned before, and maybe this one, and perhaps an alien oriented aspiration too, that involved contacting aliens and collecting space rocks, that kind of thing. Like, it's irritating that they weren't included to begin with, but...yeah, I might pay 20 bucks or so for, like, ten new aspirations and literally nothing else.

  • they wanted to do that even had vampire hunter things in the game but sadly SimGuruNinja told me they didn't have enough time to finish
the Vampire Hunter aspiration so if they had been given more time we could have had it :'(
  • Wow, what a bummer. It's so weird, I've never been one of those people scrabbling for new stuff all the time, complaining that there's "only" one EP a year or whatever. I would honestly rather they take all the time they need to get a pack EXACTLY as good as it can possibly be, have time to playtest it for the all the bugs and possible hiccups, REALLY make sure it's well made and complete before releasing it. This whole idea of RUSH RUSH RUSH, GOTTA BE DONE BY THIS DATE, GOTTA GET PEOPLE TO PREORDER AND HAVE SOMETHING ON THE RELEASE DATE EVEN IF IT'S BROKEN AF is honestly one of the things I hate most about the gaming industry.
  • Yeah, this would be cool. I think they could still add it, like whenever more occult-related things are released... well, I would like that, anyway. I would like more vampire-specific and alien-specific interactions too. Right now, it really doesn't matter at all if other Sims know you're a vampire/alien, they'll just socialize with you like they would anyone else. :P
