@Hisaosaka I'm going to go download this right now! Thank you so much!!!!! There are so many things I like about this already, just from the pictures (the detail on the roof, the facade front with the different wall heights on top, the parking lot, the window displays...)--I can't wait to go in and actually look at everything in detail. I think your idea to make a nicer front, and brick sides is brilliant!
Thank you for offering to do another request. I love your work SO MUCH! I have 3 different things in mind, all mid century, so I thought I'd let you choose. Once you pick one, I'll go and find some inspirational pictures and post them here. Here are the 3 things:
1) laundromat (ugly/plain)
2) 3 "stores" on 1 lot: doctor's office (adult), pediatrician's office, and pharmacy (I think I can get medicine in debug and sell it, so this would technically be a retail lot for the medicine, but then the doctor's offices would be mostly for taking screenshots).
3) malt shop/ice cream parlor/teen hangout type place (sort of like in the TV show "Happy Days" if you've ever seen that)
