Pharmacy: I think the mid century pharmacies looked very similar to contemporary pharmacies (white counter, etc.) but without computers. They might have had more bottles of medicine maybe, whereas contemporary pharmacies have more boxes of pills, but otherwise very close, especially toward the end of this time period in the 1970s. I basically just need a counter for the pharmacist to stand behind, maybe with a separate gate or door so that I can keep the customers from going where they're not supposed to, and then some shelves of drugs (or anything else that might look pharmacy related) behind him. There would have to be medicine also placed where customers could reach it and buy it, so either on the counter or on separate shelving in the store. They might also have a scale to weigh out the drugs. Drug stores would often have separate small items for sale, as well, like deodorant, razors, etc. I'll leave it up to you whether you want to include a few small items other than medicine--I'm fine with it either way.

Doctors: I'm rethinking whether I need 2 separate doctor's offices (adult and pediatric) or just one family physician. I'll leave it up to you however you want to do it--1 or 2 doctor's offices. Again, I think they looked very similar to today. I have some poses that go with the hospital bed and some poses that go with a regular single bed, so I would like at least 2 exam rooms, one with each kind of bed, and also a waiting room and receptionist area/counter. I would also like an office for the doctor if there's room, and possibly a play area in the waiting room for kids.

Sorry, I had a hard time finding vintage shots of doctors offices. Again, cc is fine and the builds don't have to look exactly like this--these pictures are only for inspiration. I would like the buildings on the same lot, and they can be separate or attached. This will be a retail lot for the pharmacy, with the doctor's office(s) used for poses and screenshots.
This is going into Newcrest, so it can go on any sized lot in Newcrest except for the 30x30 lot since there is only one lot this size and I'm already using it for the Simsworth. Thank you so much!
I will go look for pictures of ugly laundromats now, haha.
