Any update that could keep my sleeping sims, sleep

Whenever I send a sim out to travel. Even if it's for 2 sim hours
When that sim enters the door, everyone in the active household are wide awake.
It kind of sucks because my sims have work early in the morning and I put them to bed hoping they'll stay asleep so their sleep needs dont decay so much by their shift.
Just hoping for a tiny little update
