Arch walls with inter-connected arch windows?

Hi I was wondering if it was possible to build arch walls? If there's not a way. I wish it to be implemented in a future patch. Also I hope that the arch windows can be placed within the arch walls as...

Only thing I can think of is using columns and spandrels to make it look like the wall is arched.. Won't get you your windows though.
