I'm a little late, but this video went up Monday! It's another Sims 3 speed build.
A three bedroom, two and half bathroom family home with a playhouse in the backyard for the kids. Fully furnished. No custom content was used in this build. Some store content was used along with the following EPs/Sps: Base Game, Superatural, Seasons, University Life, Pets, Generations, Ambitions, and Master Suite.
The cost of this home is $68,639 or $34,431 . It was built on a 20 x 15 size lot.
It is available for download at my Sims 3 Studio, Mediafire, or Sim File Share. All links are in the description!
