Auto roofs

Does everyone who played The Sims 3 remember the auto roofs? Please bring this feature back into TS4 with more customization. Make it so we can select our roofing style such as modern, barn, classic, ...

Oh yes! Please bring back the auto roofs!! I hate having to do them myself in Sims 4.
