The base game condo is great! :) It is great that it costs under 18K and only uses base game items! Very nice exterior of the buikf and layout of the interior! It is great that there are front steps up to the entrance to the condo and the truck is in the nook under the main area of the home. The large glass windows are very nice for sims to look out through and see the outside views. The bunk bed is great! Nice study desk nook under the bed for sims to enjoy using the computer on the desk table. The clock, coat stand and fruit bowl on top of the fridge are nice home touches.
It is a very nice starter condo home! :)
