I'd also like to add a Sawhorse for woodcutting - make your fires demand chopable fuel, whether you do it yourself or buy it.
And a smithy for making tools, weapons (to sell or to put up in your home) and farming equipment. - Honestly, one thing that constantly drives me crazy while building:
toggle (on/off) for visible columns
so the dang columns won't fade in live mode when you go near them
if I put time putting those in I want to see them *sighs* - 1. Strollers
2. Pool items like pool slide
3. Pool table
4. Bicycle exercise machine
5. Wearable backpacks
6. More drinks like Slushies, smoothies, milkshakes

A blacksmith equipment would be nice for Horse Ranch EP, to craft not only horseshoes.
A functional woodchopping stump and axe could be nice for a Outdoor Retreat refresh- Firearms. The best in anti-burglary technology. And for recreational purposes, with an attached Marksmanship Skill.
