BG updates for more drama and/or realism

Playing mostly female sims I'd like to see them wear handbags.I know we have an inventory but for realism just as an example I'd like to see them pull out and maybe use lipstick from their bag or use the round thing to powder their face or look into the small mirror.Maybe an animation where they look into the bag then use an item from the inventory.Is there a mod that has female handbags buyable that they wear either in hand for small purse like handbags or big ones around the shoulder?Sorry for my average english,I'm french.
