I guess I'll show one of my newer builds then. This one's fairly simple, so I don't have a lot of screenshots.
I was thinking about some of the new gameplay in Cats and Dogs, and I thought "What if somebody built a small vet clinic on Deadgrass Isle, but business was slow because of the remote location, so the vet clinic was abandoned, and then a homeless Sim took up residence in it and started using the old vet equipment to heal sick strays?"

I know it looks like I'm still leaving big empty spaces, but this time I actually did that on purpose for two reasons. The main reason is that this building is supposed to be abandoned, so it's natural that it would be sparsely furnished except for some items left behind when the place was abandoned and a few items that the homeless Sim brought in to make the space a bit more livable. The second reason was that I wanted to make this build inexpensive so that it could function as a starter home for a Sim and a small pet. (Also, after I took this screenshot, I put the wall cracks and holes from Vampires all over the interior walls in order to make the place look more run-down.)

Lastly, because a vet clinic probably wouldn't have a kitchen in it, I put one of the campfires and some of the stump and log seats from Outdoor Retreat behind the building. I wanted the Sim who was living in that build to be able to cook his own food. I also put a couple of the tree scratching posts in that area for the benefit of any cats in the household.

This build is on the Gallery, but I seem to be having some issues with the Gallery right now, so maybe I'll go back and try to post a link later.
