Thank you!
I took a brief break from playing through the save file for my story blog in the middle of last week because I felt like doing some building, although I wound up renovating existing structures more than I actually built new ones. I did most of my renovating in Brindleton Bay, and one of the things I spent the most time on was using Fitness Stuff to turn Ragdoll Refurb into a gym. It's a bit over-the-top, but that's kind of what I was going for.

The first thing Sims see when they walk through the front door is the main workout area, with its weight machines, treadmills, and an oversized golden statue of somebody flexing his muscles.

In the next room over, we have the rock climbing wall, which is actually three of the rock climbing treadmills from Fitness Stuff placed next to each other and surrounded by a lot of the wall lights from Fitness Stuff so that it looks a bit more like a real rock climbing wall.

But even though it's located in a refurbished warehouse, this is no ordinary gym -- it's an elite fitness club, complete with a bar upstairs. After their grueling workouts, Sims can sit down, relax, enjoy a drink, and be entertained by watching hapless would-be daredevils burn to death on the rock climbing fire challenge below.

The lockers, bathrooms and showers are across the hallway from the bar and observation area.

Here's the whole build from the back. I like the glass roofs I put on there, if I say so myself.

Another renovation I did around Brindleton Bay that I'm a bit proud of was making a great big Seasons garden for Hound's Head. I tried to make it so that all the plants in the gardening boxes would be in range of both a beehive and a sprinkler. And Patchy is going to be very helpful around the garden. (You can also see on the upper edge of this screenshot that I added a fire pit for Sims to hang out around, but that's not part of the garden.)
