Well, IDK if this is any good, because I decided to make it harder for myself. I tried to do a modern home (not my usual build style--lol)

Additional Notes: This is a mid-century modern home. I imagine the sims entertaining their friends here. One can cook a meal for all their sim friends in the spacious kitchen, have a drink after and watch a movie or play a game. I tried not to clutter the place up much (so you can add your own sims' stuff) and it has been playtested. Showing pics, though had some difficulty angling with the height of the walls, so they may not be the best this time. :cold_sweat:
