Modern Family Bungalow is a very lovely family home! @luckyheather :) Very nice modern exterior design, and the roofing looks very great! Very pretty water fountain, water window and rocks feature! The pool patio is very nice for Sims to enjoy relaxing on the loungers, swimming or keep fit using the treadmills. Very nice rooftop outdoors living, music and hot tub patio! Sims will enjoy sitting relaxing on the sofas or armchairs enjoying the views, or enjoy playing the musical instruments or relax in the hot tub. Very lovely furnishing of the interior! The colour scheme is very nice! It is calming and warm, You have reflected the blueprint layout very well. Very nice design of the bedrooms! It is nice that there are massage items in the master bedroom, a study desk area in the teen room, and an activities table in the kids room for them to enjoy doing artwork.
It is a very stylishly nice modern home for a family :)
