Boarding school
Can we have private and boarding schools back? It would be nice to ship some kids off....I mean, get them enrolled in an elite boarding school.

- It would be cool if they did something like Parenthood where the kids earn special traits at the end, based on their time at the boarding school. :)
- I think I just want an actual school to visit in general. The parenthood EP could have an update where we have more realistic schooling such as orientation (bring your parents in to school and let them be introduced by the teachers), tutoring, etc.

He doesn't want a single sim child to escape his gaze. :#- Boarding schools/ university really needs to be added, but i was also mad that there was no proms added with sims 4 parenthood as i really loved the idea of sending teens to prom

I hope it's implemented. It's really annoying when simmers try to sabotage ideas. This is where we offer up ideas to EA. It's up to them to decide what makes sense for the game and matches their vision.

its not part of the way i play and i went familys to stay close and boarding school is not a place to send school to me it clearly go againts my gameplay not everyone plays the same and me it go againts the way i play i play to have fun and went family to be close to each other and see each other everyday.
Just cause the feature is there doesn't mean you have to use it though. You could allow people to have their fun in asking for things though. So you feel like the family doesn't need to go anywhere or live apart? That the parents and kids don't need jobs/school to go to or places to go have fun......that their fun should be just at home with family? Just trying to understand."CK213;c-15995284" wrote:

Well, like any ideas.......some like the ideas that people come up with some don't. People are allowed to voice their opinions no matter what if they do it respectfully. I have given the simmer in question a chance to expand their views past the "I don't want this in game" cause that is all that they say from what I see. I like giving people a chance to be heard before going against what they are saying. And even if I am against an idea? I still talk to them about the ins and outs of it. In the end it all boils down to a couple of things: being listened to is important, opinions are just that--opinions--none are right nor wrong, and that people can co-exist if they are respectful enough when talking back and forth.
And thankyou very much! I hope it is implemented. I miss the shmoozing of bosses and principles! Although I hope they make it a bit easier than the last time.......not too easy, but easy enough if you do everything the right way. I could never seem to get the hang of it.- well, I do not want the boarding school that the social workers have for like bad grades or failing kids, but the one that rich people uses to get rid of their kids is ok. :)
