But, I was hoping to have genetics in the Body Hair. The Custom Content hair isn't genetic, and that's why I was hoping the Developers would add it in. Sims with no Body Hair genetics will Not have body hair to pass on to their kids. That's how TS3's Body Hair worked, and I know you don't want body hair.
I, in my own opinion, would love the feature. :)
