Body Hair
Honest to god, if there was just one thing I could choose to add to the Sims 4, it would be body hair for men. Guys please. Come on, it's such an easy thing to add.

This is a workaround and not a preferable solution, because it replaces and becomes mutually exclusive with something else. They are not traits that passes over to next generation either, and only the sims you make yourself will have it. Everyone else is as smooth as a child. Personally I find that rather creepy.
