I understand that people don't like having blue and pink equaling a certain gender (because anyone can wear any color), they're going overboard. Plus pink and blue are used for boys and girls. They're being silly and rude and by trying to hurt your feelings they're are being gross and disgusting.
If girls want wear pink and guys want to wear blue, they aren't trying to "uphold" an oppressive system just like when guys wear pink and girls wear blue, they aren't weird (or any insult)
