Some real families happen to have lighter skin tones, because genetics. Depicting one is harmless and reasonable. At least take a balanced look, and consider the large numbers of downloads and faves that you've received. Trying to reason with trolls is like cuddling with a crocodile: pointless and painful. The best response is to jettison toxic people, and to get on with enjoying your life. Don't allow yourself to be shamed when you've done nothing wrong.
