burglars should be able to disable for some lots as lot trait
because I remember in earlier games when I would build big lots for my rich sims
and then not remember to replace the items the burglar took
and then I am like ''wait what did I have there why it's so empty''
like just from builder point of view I'd just like the option of no one taking my carefully placed stuff in some builds and not have to worry about if they add burglars
