Bring Back Burglars

I'd love to have burglars back. Always enjoyed some unexpected little challenges and drama (plus my TS3 sims loved to beat the burglars up lol). Carl's mod sounds really good (I love how it takes even occult abilities into consideration) but I really don't feel like installing a big overhaul when I already have a setup of mods that do the same things and am happy with. I'm kinda hoping for a possible separate module in the future.
