Build Challenge - Rental Apartments for Newcrest

Hello everyone! It's been a while that I don't interact on TS4 forums, actually I don't have much time to play my favorite game lately... But I've purchased the last expansion For Rent and now I'm trying to update my building lots

I've always had apartment lots around my world and now with the new expansion, I want to turn them into real rental apartment lots type

My Newcrest world have only apartments lots and I realy like these two apartments. They're neighboring buildings and matching architectures, but in fact they're just two huge residential lots with many single bedrooms. I didn't want to replace them for another from the galery, but I'm definitely not a builder, so I'm here to ask you guys for help to turn them into fully rental apartments. I don't know if this is the right place to ask for this, so if isn't, please direct me for the right thread

The only thing I ask is no CC, I have all expansions packs, stuff packs, game packs and some kit packs... I'd like a 6 units apartments, most with single bedrooms and shared rooms like a laundry room in the basement
