Looking for someone who can build this house on a foundation.

Is it ok if I also try it? I wanted to test before offering to make sure I could do it and I already have a shell - will finish up the details and can post it soon.
Which packs do you have? Most of items I've used for the exterior are basegame compatible but not the windows and columns (only Growing Together has these double columns and matching foundation).
