SuperSillySimI took some creative liberties, especially with the backyard and some parts of the floorplan. Limited to Strangerville, Growing Together and Discover University. Furniture is very simple because of the packs. Feel free to edit it to your liking :)

Well done. I had what I hoped was a good start, but then realized it was too long. Scraping it to start again. Unless, SuperSillySim is satisfied with what you've done. If so, I'll just get around to solving the problem for myself. I love this style of house.
