It is great that you have started a new showcase thread for your builds :) It will be very nice seeing the builds that you design, build and furnish. The 2 Gyms and 2 Beach houses are very nice! Very nice exterior design of the buildings! The layout and furnishing of the interiors look very nice! The type and placement of the windows in each of the builds is very nice! The beach houses are very nice light filled homes for sims to live in and enjoy the sunshine coming in through the windows whilst indoors.They will have very nice views of the outdoors. Sims will enjoy doing the many enjoyable activities at the gyms, to help their fitness levels and physical /mental health .
