Build Uploaded to the Gallery!

I took my time building this lot using plans made available through the Designer DREAMHOMES magazine, issue thirteen, 2006. This lot is called the Flanagan. Designed by Frank Betz Associates. I did alter it as needed to make it playable in the Sims4. Plus I added the platforms. :) Hope you like it. I've been playing my Sim family in it for several Sim days/real days. I made a few minor tweaks along the way.

I purposefully left the third floor pretty much unfinished. I was miffed as this was only a two-story house, yet I did something wrong, I fear, since I couldn't place the roof without adding a third floor. I do have stairs that ascend to that level and have placed two doors, but I'll leave it to whomever wishes to download it to add walls, flooring and wall treatment in whatever manner suits them. :)

You can find it under my name GalacticGal, unfortunately under modded. I thought I'd gotten ever last piece of cc out of it, but it is still detecting something. Face/palm. No MOO has been used. If you find any issues, routing, etc., please contact me via my page on these forums and be specific, if you will as to what the problem is, so I can go in and fix it. Thank you!
  • Flanagan is a lovely family home! :) Very nice exterior design, dormers and the curved windowed area in the corner nook is great! Very pretty flower and plant beds along the edges of the home! The interior furnishings and layout are lovely! The platforming looks great! Very nice music, karaoke, bar and media station room! The bedroom colours and designs are lovely.
It is a very nice home for a family :)
  • Thank you so much, @rosemow. Like I said I used the floor plans from a magazine. I added the platforms which weren't part of the plans, just something I wanted to add. I also enclosed the area upstairs opposite the bed in the Master bedroom. I now call it a Parent Saver Room, although, that's where baby number six had her bassinet. She has since aged up to Toddler and gets to share a room with her older twin sisters. (I could get rid of the Butler for more room, or remodel the third floor, I suppose.)

ETA: This is the new home of my Global Superstar, Rock Star, Erik Cantrell. That long room with the platforms is his Music Room.
