Buildable Apartments?

I would love the ability to create my own apartments but I wouldn't mind apartments being shipped with expansions like Copperdale and San Sequoia either. It's better than having useless shells filling up the beautiful worlds.

Yeah, this exactly. I am useless building from scratch, but I love renovating, and I want more apartments!

its just not very functional with 8 sim household limit and shoving different households in one household only to then feel overwhelmed trying to control them all

vampires do somewhat help though since they can hibernate therefore if i want to just play one of the households on my "apartment lot" i can hibernate the rest

As a serial renovator/rebuilder, I enjoy the challenge of renovating the apartments using a fixed shell. I'd like to build my own, too.

Eh. Would be too much work. I prefer redecorating, like Future or manicobsessive said.

I really would like to be able to build some sort of town home or apartment situation...or like a duplex, where two families could share the same lot. I truly would like for two families to be able to share the same lot. Also I would love to be able to save the apartments I work so hard on re-decorating! I don't know if there is a way to program that so that we can just use the saved apartment with the same apartment in other saves. I don't mind re-decorating again, it forces creativity lol, but sometimes I reallyreally like a setup that I put together. And my memory is terrible. Anyway those are just a few of my incredible thoughts!

Aside from building my own apartments and other small living quarters, I would also like to be able to build community lots the same way, i.e. a building with several units that can be whatever you want them to be, not just residential apartments.

@FujiCakes When you create an apartment you love, you could always “Save as” and keep that new game as a template (if you can’t find an alternative way of saving the apartment to your gallery). I don’t play the apartments in sims 4 - too frustrating. So I really don’t know a lot about them. However, if you google saving apartments in sims 4; you may find that the answers help you as there are suggestions that it is possible to do it.

You can save apartments to the gallery by making them a room. All you have to do is delete a tile of wall from each room and then rebuild it once you download it again.
