Build/buy for aviaries, aquariums, conservatories

@Dannydanbo I would be happy with birdcages. My memory isn't great, but I think it was Sims 1 that had the really fancy, large birdcage that I used to have in almost every Sim's house I made. Sims 4 is probably the most disappointing of all the versions when it comes to pets.

@temporalgod you could use it to make a zoo or pet shop. I wish they would give us more things that we could use in creative ways.
