@Rumpelstiltskin I finally finished! Sorry it took so long, had a ton of uni work recently.
I called it Desert Toddlers Family Starter. Note, you must delete the chandelier, cars and toddler toys to get it to a starter price of 24k :) At the moment it is about 25.9k. It fits well into the style of Oasis Springs and I built it on the empty lot in the starter zone that costs 1500 (the desert sands lot not the grass one). Let me know how it works out for you and if you want to send me pictures of your family in it that would be awesome :D I saw your restaurants in your showcase btw and they were very cool!!
