A while back @rosemow suggesting starting a requests thread after I enjoyed very much taking on a request from @Amiutza. It allowed me to try a build I might never have otherwise. And as I'm certain most builders are aware of, it is always a nice feeling to build houses, etc. for others :)
So I figured it might be cool to have a thread where people could make requests and various builders could fulfil them (sorry if something like this already exists, I tried searching but could not see any).
I'm wondering if there are any builders out there who might want to collaborate on a lot? I'm QubeDesign over at TSR and have a ton of experience building with TS3. I am just getting started with TS4 and want to build with CC in the base game only. I haven't posted much yet for TS4, but do have a FLICKR gallery with a few builds. Unfortunately I cannot post photos yet.

@Masajo Thank you! I have tried to learn from people on here and one of the main things I noticed was the importance of fitting into surroundings in Sims 4, which wasn't necessarily that big a deal in Sims 3 because everyone was likely using custom worlds haha. I cannot take full credit for the garage door, I saw it somewhere before so full credit to them :)
@jeromesimsworld It makes sense haha. It has been a while since I built anything big haha, so 5br, 3ba sounds cool :) Could I ask you a few things beforehand? Do you know what lot size or budget you're after? Is there a particular style you're after, architectural, time period, location for instance? Or even if you just want it to fit into one of the expansion pack styles? Any other specifications you might have like particular items or something you'd want included :)?
@BraverAdventures Hello and welcome and thank you haha! I took a look at your TS3 creations at TSR and they are amazing! So many different styles done sooooo well. I wouldn't mind collaborating but I never have before. Could I ask what you mean by it? My speciality is definitely exteriors of builds. I don't use any CC though as I mostly build for others and most players don't seem to like CC because it might cause lag or crashes I guess. Also I guess because I have OCD, CC would just open up way too many choices and I'd constantly be freaked out haha. I usually just try to be as creative as I can with the in game items and try to figure out unique ways to utilise them. But I'm happy to work with a talented builder like you :)
@Nore I would love a modern house. The size lot doesn’t matter because I saved at least one different size lot open. Money is no object with motherlode. I would just prefer cool colors like blue.
@jeromesimsworld Ah okay, modern haha. I recently finished a gigantic modern mansion actually, ironically it is my only build capable of fitting 5br, 3ba haha. Atm it only has 4br, 4ba, but I could easily make another br in it. The nice part is also it has a nice master suite for the matriarch and a children's br already. If you want to take a look at it and let me know if you like the style or if you want me to modify it. It's in my showcase here - Norekp Showcase under Butterfly Mansion.
I can also start a new lot if you don't like it haha.
@jeromesimsworld I don't follow what you mean haha. I figured by spacious you meant big lol. The house has an open floor plan kitchen, dining and living area so I figured that was what you meant by spacious.
Could you maybe explain what you mean by spacious? Do you have an example for instance?
@Nore the butterfly mansion is beautiful and truly spacious, but without all the pillars and foliage and extra things lol if that makes sense. Just a simple normal spacious house with 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. Perhaps a nice backyard. Simple and spacious
@jeromesimsword I think I know what you mean, spacious as in feels large and with plenty of room inside, but outside doesn't look like a gigantic mansion or castle that no one would realistically own?
