Building tip: Move entire house to different / bigger lot

Hi guys, I couldn't find any info on this via Google, so for anyone who is trying to do the same thing, I thought I'd share how I figured out how to move my entire house to a new lot. So I start...

Make sure you are in build mode, and not in live mode before going into the gallery/library to place your home.

That's the only time I get this error, and I get it quite a bit, because I forget I am still in live mode :p
