Building tools base game updates ideas
- Roof gutters: should be a tool like fences and walls but in the roof border, with the options of drainpipes.
- Drainpipes: like columns, drainpipes must be a multi-story tool. BG update must includes the Get Together one as free.
- Ceiling painting: like TS2 Apartment Life and TS3 BG, ceiling painting must be a thing for TS4.
- Attics: rooms inside the roofs needs to be featured somehow, fixing the conflicts between staircase placement and create, save and share rooms inside roofs without any tricks or cheat. Also, a inside roof view for the game.
- Auto roofs: like TS2 and TS3, auto roofs can be a good choice to create roofs easy.
- Round swimming pools: not much to say, needs to be added somehow.
- Aquatic plants sort: now with ponds, a new sort for aquatic plants must be added inside Gardening, replacing rocks.

- Spiral staircase: a BG update must include a basic wooden spiral staircase. Packs or kits can add a metalic, stone or glass, and of course, with orientation choosing and multi-story.

- Pipes tool: to bring more realism to the game, a tool to place pipes can be a good update. Not only pipes: valves, meters and utility boxes too.
- Greenhouse: like in TS2, a tool for greenhouse building, and like swimming pool, including a sort for decorative (woodshed, gardening tools) or functional objects (planters, beehive, scarecrow, wishing well)
