The Sleazy Motel

The motel includes a front office to check in (obviously not functional) and a pool. There are 8 rooms. They include a double bed, bathroom, kitchenette with microwave and coffee maker, balcony, bookshelf, TV, radio, computer, and sitting area. Each of the rooms is generally the same--just like you'd expect--though they are cluttered a little differently depending on who might be staying in them.

The exterior design of the Motel looks great! :) It reflects some real life motels very well! The upper passageway looks great. The neon signage adds a great look to the build areas! It is great that there is a separate office building for the sims to check in at,. The front desk counter, cobwebs, fire extinguisher, and files look grest there. The furnishing of thrr Motel unit rooms looks great! The stained and torn walls and the old fridgre looks great! It is nice that there is a shared pool. The algae looks great in the water. The car parking area is great!

The interior is drab and minimal but I hope that means whoever downloads it can put their personal stamp on it (and hang some curtains and art!): A 5 bed Victorian farmhouse with tree fort. The rooms are oversized which means the budget was tighter but it leaves plenty of room to grow with hobbies/skill items.

The exterior design of Victorian wi Treefoft looks very mice! :) The blue colour of the exterior and the type of and placement of the wimdows looks very nice! The flower beds and the rock edges on the edges of the front arras looks so very prety! The design of the tree fort looks great! Sims will have fun playing the llama tabke top.there. Very nice layout of the interior of the home. The pink colour scheme and the wall patterning in thr family room looks very pretty!enjoy resting there watching tv. Nice windows nook for sims to have fun playung chess in the sunlight. The blue colour scheme of the living room and master bedroom looks very nice and calming. The leafy picture is a nice restful touch on the bedsude tabke for sims to see . Very nice red colour scheme of the dining area. The red pots of the plants and the oval floor rug . Very nice study room for sims to enjoy sitting at the desk using the computdf or reading a book, and looking out through the windows at the views.
