Calling any builder!

I am looking for someone who wants to build Richard Castle's Loft Apartment from the TV show Castle.

I have a floor plan of the first floor, but cant find one of the second floor. I do know that there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms up there. As far as the decorating, best thing to do is google for pictures.

    Also if it could be on the 64x64 lot, centered toward the front that would be awesome. I have plans for the rest of the lot

    Can you post a picture of the floor plan you were wanting? I've never seen Castle but I could make a build from a floorplan if you wanted
